Amitabh Bachchan posted on his blog that Harbhajan Singh did a remarkable job on the field by scoring the two centuries which have given India a satisfactory position in the series. He further wrote that Turbanator Bhajji the one who is supposed to bowl and is the nominated wicket taker, performed the jobs of both batting & bowling very fine and that this has acquired him pertinence to his position in the team. In fact now whenever he may come out, the expectations will drive him to deliver.
Mr Bachchan also mentioned that he sends his well wishes to the player as often as possible and especially every time he performs well. Bhajji too, he said, always remembers to appreciate the greetings.
Harbhajan has become the 1st number eight player to score two successive centuries in Tests. He struck his first ever Test century in the first Test against New Zealand at Ahmedabad (115) and further amassed an unbeaten 111 on the fourth day of the second Test at Hyderabad.
